It’s been a while…so without further ado, the capsule I unintentionally created the last two months. Mostly all black with the occasional jean.
FIRST AND FOREMOST
Toteme triangle scarf - perhaps my favorite piece of all. I love draping it and then throwing the tails over my shoulders. I have utilized this almost everyday since i’ve gotten it. Classy.
PANTS
Toteme Classic Cut Jeans - High, but not to high, straight and relaxed but not too loose.
J Crew Giant Pants - men’s size 28. I have yet to really wear these “out” since they’re so big and loose I feel I look a bit sloppy. However, these are what I grab when I’m working from home and on the weekends. My non-sweatpants sweatpants.
High Sport Kick Flair - lots has been written about these and I know the price point is crazy, but I love them and wear them often.
Dickies Skateboarding Regular Fit Twill Pants - size 28x32, but the 29x34s are my new favorites. 28x34 would be ideal, but for the longer inseam 29 is the smallest they offer. Wearing the 29s to channel new Phoebe Philo as much as possible without dropping $1500, even though I am temped by a few things from the most recent drop.
SÉFR Blue Straight Cut Jeans - The weight of the denim is perfection and they’re loose, but not too loose. Size 28. Also wearing vintage Levi’s a couple sizes too big.
TOP HALF
Tee or tank as a base - wrote about my fave tanks here and oversized tees here. Support your local eatery or whatever and get it big. Into these for a solid option.
Birrot Single Jacket - I love this jacket. I’d been thinking about it since reading about it on Earl Earl and the LV men’s show solidified it for me, but I didn’t want tan. I love that I can wear it as a shirt or as an outer layer with the below Toteme scarf. Very into this brand. I’m asked about it every time I wear it. I ordered mine directly from them to get the size I wanted (3).
Leather bomber - wrote about that here, updated link here. This Bally option is beautiful. Bally is looking goooood.
Birrot Round Cardigan - I loved the silhouette of the jacket so figured adding the cardigan in the same cut would be a win win and it has been.

Brush jacket - I’ve had mine since I was 17 and I’m pretty sure it’s as stiff as it was when I first got it. Similar options here and here. Prada version here.
Coat - Oversized, black and strong shouldered. Similar options here, here, here and here.
SHOES
Clark Wallabees Boot - my everyday shoe
The Row Sock Mesh Flats - sized down a half size. Finally pulled the trigger and have worn everyday since (less than a week). Need to take to the cobbler for rubber soles.

Ugg Tasmin X - good rain option too
Bass Women’s Hampton Boat Shoe - less preppy in black
